How do I know if I am Assigned a Shop I requested?

New Shopper Approval Process 🆕

  • ALL new shoppers MUST be verified via text message ðŸ“±
  • We will send a text to confirm your contact details
  • You MUST respond to the text to be approved as a shopper
  • If you do not answer the text, you will NOT be approved 🚫

Confirmation Methods

1. Check Your Account 💻

  • Login to your account
  • Look under "My Shops" section
  • If using the GigSpot app, pull down to refresh the screen 🔄
  • This is a quick way to verify your current assignments

2. Email Confirmation

  • A confirmation email will be sent for ALL shops
  • Check your email inbox carefully (including spam/junk folders) 📬

3. Self-Assign Shops

  • When you request a self-assignable shop, you'll get an immediate confirmation screen within the dashboard that it has been assigned to you. 

Critical Rule

🚨 Never perform a shop without confirmed assignment ðŸš¨

What to Do

  • Respond promptly to verification texts
  • Regularly check your account "My Shops" section
  • Pull down to refresh the GigSpot app if needed
  • Keep your contact information current
  • Wait for official confirmation before proceeding with any shop ✅
