- Includes family, friends, colleagues, romantic partners

- If you know staff BEFORE accepting shop: DO NOT request the shop
- If you discover connection AFTER arriving:
- Notify scheduler immediately after leaving location

- Staff member's name
- Nature of your relationship
- How you discovered the connection
